Reimagine Your Community

The Brenneman School of Business Community Innovation Challenge asks students to develop business ideas focused on solving real social issues – and this year's theme pushed that idea as far as it could go.

"Reimagine Your Community" became the visual and conceptual anchor for the 2024 CIC. The poster centers on a composite image of the Kansas State Capitol in Topeka, reimagined with a tree growing from the dome, ivy climbing the surrounding buildings and sunflowers blooming where concrete usually wins. It is the kind of image that asks you to stop and look twice – which is exactly the point.

The materials shown here represent a sampling of what was produced across this multi-round, multi-day competition series.
